Postpartum Doula
Postpartum & Infant Care Doulas support families during the critical postpartum period. In this role, you will provide emotional, physical, and educational support to parents as they adjust to life with a newborn. Responsibilities include assisting with newborn care, feeding guidance, emotional reassurance, light household tasks, and promoting parental confidence. Ideal candidates have experience in postpartum care, strong communication skills, and a nurturing approach to family support. Certification as a postpartum doula is required.
Nanny
Nannies provide nurturing and supportive private in-home care for parents. Responsibilities include engaging in age-appropriate activities with children, preparing meals, assisting with children's daily routines, light housekeeping related to children, transportation, and fostering a safe and loving atmosphere. Ideal candidates have prior childcare experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for child development. CPR and First Aid certification are required.
Newborn Care Specialist
Newborn Care Specialists provide expert care for newborns and support for parents in the early weeks and months after birth. Responsibilities include establishing healthy sleep routines, assisting with feeding (breastfeeding and bottle feeding), diapering, soothing techniques, and overall newborn care. The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of infant development, is patient and compassionate, and can educate and empower parents. Certification and prior experience as a Newborn Care Specialist is required.

Birth Doula
Birth Doulas provide emotional, physical, and informational support to individuals and families throughout the labor and birth process. Responsibilities include offering comfort measures, providing continuous support, assisting with birth plans, and advocating for the client’s wishes. The ideal candidate has experience with childbirth, a compassionate approach, and a deep understanding of the labor process. Birth doula certification is required.
Sleep Consultant
Sleep Consultants help families establish healthy sleep habits for their infants and young children. In this role, you will assess sleep challenges, create personalized sleep plans, and provide ongoing guidance and support to parents. Ideal candidates have expertise in infant and child sleep science, strong communication skills, and a gentle, adaptable approach to sleep training methods. Certification in pediatric sleep consulting is required.

Placenta Encapsulator
Placenta Encapsulators pick up, prepare and encapsulate placentas in a safe, hygienic environment. Responsibilities include following proper procedures for cleaning, steaming, dehydrating, and encapsulating the placenta, as well as providing clients with education on the benefits and usage of the capsules. The ideal candidate has training in placenta encapsulation, a commitment to safety and sanitation, and a caring approach. Certification in placenta encapsulation is required.
